This sounds more suited to The Praise, Vent & Warnings Board.

In my hour of real need, I turned to a company called Patterson Law. Please let me advise you to try someone else.

Every promise made when I paid them a large sum of money has been broken. From the very fundamental “we will deal with this in your absence”. To “we will recover costs” was broken. To compound this the choice of solicitor was shocking. I am not sure what kindergarten this solicitor got her degree from but it would have been better value if she saved the tokens on the back of her coco pops boxes.

Avoid these muppets like the plague.

The initial consultation with Emma Patterson was great, Emma pointed out the legal precedents and case law that would be used in my case and took a huge slab of money. NONE of these were used in court by (that I was promised I wouldn’t have to travel 150 miles to be in) by Bambi, my 11 year old solicitor.

When I raised this as an issue, Emma has disappeared and is unavailable to talk at any point in the future. I was lucky enough to deal with internal complaints whose only job is to justify stupidity.

Save your money, go someplace that will give yourself the service you need.

If you are using an 11 year old as a solicitor then you really need to start questioning your own judgement. Particularly one called Bambi. Do you call him dear?

https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&f=23&t=1722299 has a lot more of the back story to this.
  • It seems to have been removed... like the OP.
  • Bambi perhaps got in touch and scared him into removing his post.

It's amazing how many people don't realise that the Wayback Machine and other internet archives exist. ;)

(I've not found the PistonHeads page, but I have found the OP here).

Not really needed, though, given that the OP was quoted in full in post #3...

I think the OP was trying to blackmail the law firm into letting him not pay for the fact they got him off numerous charges and a driving ban.
