FIL in hospital

My FIL (90 in May) is in hospital (admitted 5 weeks ago). I have informed DWP as I know his attendance allowance stops after 4 weeks and pensions creidt and council tax benefits could be affected. FIL has now said he is fearful of falling, which explains his reluctance to do physio. Unfortunately he has now acquired pneumonia which is a concern given his age and frailty. Not expecting him to transfer at the moment due to this.
