Will interest rates will rise at the end of Feb?

I'll believe it only when I see it. It's got to happen one day but we've seen so many predictions come to not much. We have a recovery based on debt with not much real wage growth or productivity growth, rates cannot got to normal levels until that reverses, and there is not much chance of that in the near future, with brexit looming even less chance.

Why is everyone so excited over a 1/4% increase in interest rates. It negligible - snowflakes everywhere!
