Is it possible to get a refund on paid PCN?

  • Sorry.. my case is not finished yet.. I didn't know I should go back to my first thread as it seems like no one read my questions any more...

After my first post on uni PCN (after failing on appeal), I contacted the manager of transport and travel at the uni but they refused to cancel without certain reason. Then I made an official complaint to the vice-chancellor but his assistant forward my complaint to the same person, manger of transport & travel, and cc'ed to registrar office but haven't got reply.

In the mean time, I've got another PCN (NtK) delivered to my house from ParkingEye (shopping at ASDA) for the reason (too long for shopping). From research on Newbie's post, I found I need to contact to a landowner so first sent an official complaint to the manger of the store with 4 receipt (time/date) and the ticket was canceled today. (Thanks a lot to the SME)

However, the university is too strong.
I feel like I have no choice now as a humble student to the giant university... so was thinking to pay now (14th day) just get discount, then continuously make a complaint against uni to get a refund......

During resent few days, these PCN caused me a considerable distress and spent too much time rather than studying. Very sad...

The so called discount is nothing more than a pressure tactic
