OK ..... have you been back to the Gambado ? you need to find the Head of such and tell him/her how his/her agents (the PPC) are affecting you, what with all you are having to deal with .... Let him/her know how its affecting your health ... you may have cause to claim against them at some point ( but do not worry about this at the min) but mention if you feel it will help.

and do the same when you email your MP ....

remind him / her about the debate that took place in parliament ... ask him/her to watch the debate if they have not done so yet .....

how much of a cowboy industry (hansard) this is .... why are they allowed to traumatise members of the public like this ... really let him / her know how you feel !

the link is ... pass the link on ...

only you can decide when you have to admit defeat and pay ...

I would suggest that you try a last few things before doing so ...

you WILL get forum support ... and ... if you decide to let it run ... possibly court .. there are a few organisations that may help with support on the day ... if you decide ...

    good luck

No-one is mug enough to PAY Gemini here! You will NOT be paying this stupid charge.

You don't pay just because an Assessor at POPLA screwed up. There are no 'losses to cut'!

Have you searched the forum for 'POPLA lost' and read all the other people in your shoes who have complained to Mr Gallagher about an error in the POPLA process, loads of people in 2017. None paid, none got sued that I can recall, and if they did, they won.

You just need to read all the other POPLA lost threads and copy what they did, surely you didn't think you are the only person laughing at a dodgy POPLA decision?

Search for the 2 words in bold and calm down.

Also, what do you think we all did with Gemini PCNs before POPLA existed just 5 years ago! This just puts you in the position we were all in when we just ignored these fake PCNs, pre-2012.

Complain to Mr Gallagher that the Assessor has not considered the POFA properly despite your evidence and direct quoting of Schedule 4, exposing the flaws that other POPLA Assessors agreed on. So the Assessor was NOT entitled to say:
I must consider the PoFA 2012, as the operator issued the Parking Charge Notice (PCN) to the keeper of the vehicle. The operator has provided me with a copy of the notice to keeper sent to the appellant. I have reviewed the notice to keeper against the relevant sections of PoFA 2012 and I am satisfied that it is compliant.
It is not 'compliant' it is a fact that POPLA has found it is not several times before, this Assessor must be new and untrained in the requirements of Schedule 4, in terms of mandatory words. POPLA has failed to properly consider the evidence in your appeal and in your comments which could not have been clearer that this is a non-POFA PCN. An Assessor can't declare a non-POFA PCN as if it was 'compliant' off their own bat.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
