Join Uber London just for a couple of days?

We're coming to London for the weekend in March and at the end of last year I had operations on both feet which I thought I'd be recovered from by now. Unfortunately I still cannot walk far or fast so we will have to take a number of taxis while we are there, perhaps as many as six.
Is it worth me joining Uber just for those couple of days rather than use the conventional black cabs? I wouldn't use Uber again then for another 12 months or so.

You can usually get a code for credit towards your trips. It is worth you and other adults in your party signing up so you credit.0
