    Thank you Umkomaas.

Is your comments below about the final draft? Just want to confirm before uploading.

    Again, thank you so much.

    Looks ok to me.

I'd 'relegate' the ANPR appeal section to the last point. In my view, it's the weakest of the ones you are using, and POPLA won't adjudicate in your favour on this, instead accepting (swallowing) wholesale the template ANPR camera guff that PE will enclose with their evidence pack.

Send the appeal as a .pdf file and tick the 'Other' box under Reasons for Appeal.

Yes, it was the second link in post #29 that I commented on.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

    Dear all,

I have received this today in the email:

"Thank you for submitting your parking charge Appeal to POPLA.

An Appeal has been opened with the reference xxxxxx.

Parking Eye Ltd have told us they do not wish to contest the Appeal. This means that your Appeal is successful and you do not need to pay the parking charge.

    Yours sincerely

    POPLA Team "

    And from PE too:

"Dear Sir / Madam, We refer to the Parking Charge incurred on dd mm yyyy at hh:mm, at Aire Street, Leeds car park. We can confirm that this Parking Charge has now been canceled and there is no outstanding payment due. Kind Regards, ParkingEye Team"

I'm so thankful to all of you for creating such a wonderful forum, reviewing my posts and appeal and giving me feedback. Million thanks to all of you good people.

    Kind regards
