Under 25s car hire in USA

Wondering if anyone has any advice/recommended companies for hiring a car in USA for approximately one month. I'm under 25 so I'm getting stung by the young driver surcharge. Those that cap the surcharge seem not to offer unlimited mileage, which I'll need.

    My lads used uscarhire their young drivers package worked well for them, covers 3 drivers aged 21+ they paid about a tenner more than an over 25 would but was a better deal than the rental companies wanted.
