The T & C allow us to change one of the flights but e bookers won't lets us. I have been on the phone for over 2hrs now and only spoken to someone for 5 minutes. I currently on hold waiting for a supervisor. Their customer service is appalling. :mad:

A dummy booking shows the routing to be non refundable and non transferable.

That states changes cannot be made. Where have you read that they can?

this is the bit you need to read, there will likely be a change fee plus fare difference
