My Daughter is in a student let with several meters for electricity,she determined which meter Is hers ,confirmed by the letting agents but can not get the energy provide to amend their records to show the correct meter for the correct property to be able to pay the correct amount
This has been going on for four months and numerous phone call nobody will sort it out.

She needs to raise a formal complaint with the supplier in writing headed big and bold FORMAL COMPLAINT. They then have 8 weeks to arrive at a satisfactory conclusion otherwise she proceeds to the ombudsman.
In the mean time she needs to take regular readings and make sure enough money is put aside to pay the bill when it arrives.Never associate with idiots on their own level, because, being an intelligent man, you'll try to deal with them on their level - and on their level they'll beat you every time.
