    You mentioned this payment on your bank statement.

    How is your credit card involved?

    If you aren't checking your transactions/statements online then you need to request Lloyds to switch you to monthly paper based statementing.

    Now I am confused if it is on your credit card the payment was made then you are protected under the credit card regulations and can request an immediate refund
