Agree with writing to the DVLA, but be aware that they will write back to the Registered Keeper at the address they hold for him.
I hope DVLA already have the RK's corrected address.0 -
the DVLA will not help , they have known of MILs antics since 2015 , but MIL do not use the DVLA database , and have not broke any laws , its the parking Co that are guilty , but the DVLA will not act0

Parking Eye, Smart and a smaller company have already been named and shamed, as has Gladstones Solicitors, and BW Lega;, (who take hundreds of these cases to court, and nearly always lose), who have also been reported to the regulatory authority.
The problem has become so rampant that MPs have agreed to enact a Bill to regulate these scammers. Watch the video of the Second Reading in the HofC recently.

So I go after the ppc for improper sharing of my information? How does this defend the claim against me by MIL?0
-
you read other posts , and search mil on parking pransters site ,0
-
By using the wealth of info available here
First you decide if you counterclaim against mil
Either way you get your defence sorted.0 -
Start with some of these

That was the purpose of this post. If I post a defence here would you be able to critique it for me?0
