To the OP. Barclaycard refused my dad. It went to the FOS. My complaint was arround a representitive handing out free umbrellas at the railway stations.
It was eventually refunded under Plevin.

If you had a Plevin refund then that means that your original complaint was rejected. plevin is not a refund of the premiums and only applies to rejected complaints.t was eventually refunded under Plevin.
