    Given the previous three, 3 bed semis all recently sold for below £150k I'd say this one is overpriced regardless of how nicely finished it is.

    I'd say it's worth about £160k-£170k

    It's offers over and only been on the market a few days. I'd leave it for a bit as there asking far far too much

    You're using some odd characters from an extended character set. How are you writing your posts?

    Some kind of autocorrect is replacing a simple apostrophe with a right single quote mark.

    No, it's not a bug. It's somebody trying to use a character that isn't part of the normal character set.

    Sorry, OP but for that kind of money I would want bedrooms you can take a deep breath in without touching the walls but then, it's far too modern for my tastes. To each, his/her own.

    I never had a problem using a Macbook.

    It's an auto-correct thing. A browser - whether on a phone, tab or computer - is replacing the usual apostrophe character with a right-hand single quote, whether the user realises it or not.
