It was held at Manchester Civil Court obviously small claims and the PCN was issued April 2017 at Bond Street pay and display in Blackpool : )0 -
Got to love those Manchester Judges who have the 'outrageous scam' sussed.I got the impression that the judge had no time for parking matters as straight away she was saying that no where in the court bundle did it specify what the claim was for
:TPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
