The contract is based on what is contained therein. How it is interpreted is what keeps lawyers and the court system in business.
Basically, you can't rely on misinterpreting the contract.0 -

Ultimately the RPI increase is not a 'change' in the contract, it is an action allowed within it that does not trigger any other clauses.
Where customers are given the option to terminate penalty free in other telecom contracts, its because there is a proposed change in the contract which triggers other clauses, as such you get a choice to stay or go.0
