Sold me a car with a scratch pretending it was always there. Believed them and then later on viewing images from website agaib realised no it wasn't there. Essentially they damaged a vechicle and then sold it to me and lied.
Not a huge scratch but it's white on a black car and easy to see in my photos and therefore should be seen on their photos. It's not the cost but just the principle. Dishonest and extremely rude sales teams and managers. Never going their again.0 -

Not really. Take it from the same distance theirs was then resize yours to the size and dpi theirs was on the website, apply some automatic image optimisation and see if its still there. I bet it isn't.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
With my experience with Car Giant has been a mix. I find most of the Sales people there quite rude and arrogant, with very little knowledge about the cars. Some are quite friendly but lack the professionalism in my opinion.
With the earlier post, they will try and sell you everything under the carpet in which they do not fully comprehend the meaning of NO sometimes.
With all due respect, i also find the lack of knowledge in the main dealerships too, which is quite disappointing.0 -
Motorpoint in my experience is one of the best for a relatively nearly new car.0
