Flight Right Calculator data

Who puts the information on the Flight Right Calculator site recommended by MSE for checking historical flight delay? My daughter's flight way back in November 2013 was due to arrive in Cancun at 14.10hrs but sat on the ground at Gatwick for almost 5 hours. The site shows a 'presumably' scheduled arrival time of 20:25hrs, and therefore no delay! She has only just found the paperwork and has lodged a claim but not heard anything back yet other than an automated acknowledgement. I'm worried the airline may have recorded the wrong scheduled arrival time to avoid paying or am I reading the information wrong?

you should be looking for 'actual' arrival time not scheduled arrival time
what was the flight number and date?0 -
Flight number was TOM 78 LGW TO CUN on 12/11/2013 departing at 09:15 which was scheduled to arrive at 14:10. It looks to me as if the Scheduled arrive time has been put in wrong in the system, which makes the actual arrival time show as NO DELAY.0

I am not sure which site you are looking at but both EUClaim and bottonline show compensation due of €300 which indicates that the delayed arrival was between 3 and 4 hours0
