How does flogas billing work.

Hi. I've searched but I can't seem to find the exact thing I'm looking for.


Example:
I moved in to an LPG property almost 9 months ago. I signed a contract and they came to fill my tank up.


Now my tank is 1200L and they say I will be paying 34ppl + VAT. I've used most of the tank already but I only have £100.00 debit balance too.

What I don't understand is, if I order a top-up just before the end of my first year deal, when they will inevitably hike the prices for the second year, am I charged at the rate when I ordered it or the higher rate?


Plus, what happens if I ordered two deliveries in a year, will my monthly payment double or does that depend on the balance / debit on my account.

It's all so confusing for a newbie.
