Yep, agree with the above... £5 postage would be a really big turn-off for me, and the large font is annoying. My TV is broken!

Edit: refunded £515 for TV 1.5 years out of warranty - thank you Sale of Goods Act! :j0 -
Thanks for the advice, I'm gonna re list the items and see what happens

I was wondering the same about linking to images hosted elsewhere is this allowed on ebay?
Edit: relist using your tips

Using Photobucket? I don't think so, I have done it a few occasions and I know someone else who does it.
Does anyone else know?.....0 -
I agree with the comments about p&p charges - £5+ puts people off. It's worth minimising packaging and actually weighing your item before listing so you can get an accurate post cost.
Another thing is timing - I can't tell from your examples when your listing ran until. You're usually better timing things to finish over a weekend rather than during the day, or midweek, as more people will be around to bid. When ebay have their 'cheap listing' Thursdays this is handy as a 10 day listing brings you round to a Sunday finish.0 -
The no7 bag shouldn't cost more than £3.50 p+p, mine cost me £3 inc paypal and ebay fees, with the p+p. Also Boots would be another one to put in the title~*Cerenia*~

I usually offer more than one postage option - one as cheap as possible, second class, using packaging that will in save the item from being broken but doesn't necessarily look good, etc, but include a charge for my time, list this first then people will see it in the listing. Then I also offer 1st class recorded at a higher cost if people want it. Coming up to christmas I also offer gift wrapped with the reciept sent separately.
Of course if selling an item worth over about £20 I use recorded delivery to cover myself, but you can do this 2nd class too.I don't believe and I never did that two wrongs make a right0 -
Thanks, I have relisted the charger + shoes for 99p starting + £2.50 P&P...actually I started the charger at 50p.
I have interest in the no7 bag so I'll leave that for now at least and then re list later if it doesnt go.
On a slightly different note, I have a Dior top I've never worn... and to be honest I can't be 100% it is genuine... how would you list such items? Would you say Dior* or not? :SNo person is your friend who demands your silence, or denies your right to grow. :kisses2:0 -

If I wasn't sure it was Dior, I wouldn't list it full stop. And why the *?My TV is broken!
