Need help finding a printer that takes cheap ink

I have a Brother HL3040CN LED colour printer. It works like a laser printer, with dry toner cartridges, but cheaper.
And there's a great video on YouTube of where to get cheaper refill cartridges, and how to fit them:

I've had this about 4 years and only had refills once, but I don't print a lot. They're usually letters or excel sheets.
I have printed photos that are good enough to stick on the fridge, but if I needed to have proper photos printed I get them done at a photolab. But the photo quality from the LED is still good. Some people can't tell the difference.
My All-In-One inkjet printer's ink dried up as it got used so little. Even cleaning it for hours with tubes didn't produce faultless prints. So now it's just a scanner.
So I'd definitely recommend a laser or LED printer.
The latest one is the Brother HL-3140CW A4 Colour Laser Printer.
(which they're calling a Laser printer, but they're also calling the old model a laser too. They might be calling all LED printers laser printers now).Look at it this way... In a hundred years who's gonna care?0
