O2 Cpw Pac?
Hi,
I requested PAC upon the end of my 12 months contract of O2/CPW. However, today I got the text which said "From Vodafone/CPW: Your PAC number is VTM...... This PAC must be used by ..."
Could anyone confirm that the PAC given by O2 CPW should start with VTM+ ? And also why they said "From Vodafone/CPW..." in the text instead of "O2 CPW"? As I understand, CPW has stopped being a service provider for Vodafone already.

Hi Chinnie
When I got my PAC from o2 cpw at end of August it started with VTM.
Not sure why it says Vodafone/cpw. Mine just said from CPW

It does`nt stand for VODAFONE, it`s VALUE TELECOM,
Hope this clears up any confusion0 -
VTM does stand for Value Telecom and may have been sent as a mistake. If you're in doubt or experience any problems I'd recommend you contact your Service Provider.

thats the correct way it should have been presented so you should have no problems,
Any CPW PAC should read as VTM ****** with * = the digits obviously,
But like faza20 says if your still having doubts you call CS for reassurance0
