Without going in to the rights and wrongs about if you was 'parked' or not you can simply appeal directly to the land owner and explain it to them and see if they will get ECP to cancel the PCN.

I know its possible as I have had a ticket from ECP at the same car park (except mine was a simple case of wrong car reg) you can read it here: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5628041

I emailed exactly what happened to this email address kentcountryparks@kent.gov.uk and about two weeks later I got a reply from Country@kent.gov.uk. A representative then contacted ECP to cancel the ticket (much to their dislike).

Now I cant promise they will cancel it, again wont go in to details about if you was technically parked or not without displaying, however its worth a try.

    Hope this helps out.

What link to what forum isn't working?

Please read the Sticky thread for NEWBIES then send the appeal template you will find there. You don't need a link to find page one of this forum (my signature tells you where the NEWBIES thread is).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

Yeah, they made me fight for it but was an easy win really - could have won on multiple appeal points.
Hello again. Just to ask, is it worth to complain to Kent Council too. After all they are the land owners. Thanks

Personally I would do both. As C-M advised send template appeal in to ECP, wait for the arbitrary rejection notice and come back here for assistance with POPLA appeal.

Hello, all. Today I received the rejection letter from ECP. This is a quote from it: " By entering the car park,
parking and leaving the vehicle the driver has accepted the !!!8216;contract!!!8217; and therefore if the driver fail to
comply with the terms and conditions a parking charge notice will be correctly issued". As a mention in the begging of my thread, the driver never left the vehicle. Can I use this point in my appeal to POPLA.
    Thank you!

It's the same letter as in the newbies thread

As suggested several times in the thread , read it and use the template letters in there

Edit :-And you are now deleting posts to make my reply look out if context

Their post was asking for a copy of the successful appeal letter before they deleted it

I`m sorry Browntoa, I just didn`t see in the NEWBIES template letter for appeal to POPLA, only links, which I thought are relevant to operators different than ECP.I will search again
