Where do I find the official cause of delay?

Where do I find the official cause of delay? I was thinking about contacting airline but weren't sure if they'd be honest as it's about claiming. Any help would be appreciated.

There is no single official source I'm afraid.

The only time that you can get accurate information from the airline is when you take them to court and they have to give information as part of the disclosure process.

None of them will give honest and accurate information freely, and all are prepared to lie to claimants.

The CAA, who regulate the airlines, seem to be quite happy about this situation and have allowed it to perpetuate for around thirteen year.

If you want to give further details of your claim we may be able to contribute.

If you do, please post on the relevant airline thread just for housekeeping purposes.

    Good luck
