Vodaphone Pay As You Go Bolt Ons

My mum has a vodaphone pay as you go and I was wondering if there is any bolt on deals or deals like 10% back on top ups or free minutes from top ups like I get with my 02 paygo she might benefit from. She is of retirement age and not really grasped texting yet but anything to do with regular calling would be of help.
Any advice most appreciated Thanks

My son tops up his phone online and get 10% free but I think he needs to top up by a minimum of £15 for the 10% to come into effect. Not sure if this also works in the shops.

online top up nets 10% free on voda, make sure she is registered for Stop The Clock & free weekends, buy min bundles for much cheapness too

Thank you Shopndrop and Diamonds ( I did try using the thanks buttons but doesnt seem to be working - maybe for the same reasons as I can't put emoticons in my messages whatever that is). I will look into this as she seems to be phoning from her mobile more regularly these days

mmm2k7... I called vodafone to try for a free phone upgrade on PAYG, no luck there so said I may look at other networks... they put me through to retentions department who gave me 500 free texts a month if I top up with £15 in that month... said I was a texter which is why I think I was offered texts but may work with calls? If I top up with £15 in one hit then they also add 10% free... I'm on the Smartplus Price Plan with... Free Weekends, Stop The Clock & Passport... gives a better deal than a lot of contracts (in fact Vodafone did not have a contract that came close to it!) HTH

Thanks mountain chris and chipotle. I'll try and get something sorted out for her. also didn't realise boots did top ups, will start topping up my phone there need to increase advantage points for christmas shopping.

Also, make sure your mum is on the tariff that works out best for her.

Vodafone.I tried to top up online but they said my account is locked,I then emailed them telling them not to phone my mobile as where we live we cant get a good signal I rang them and topped up by CC, so today they rang me of course no signal and was cut off,they rang again and said `we were cut off` they sent two further emails today getting my name wrong both times I will need to try the leaving the network stuff see what they offer.:mad:
