Is it a PIP review or a benefit review? I had a letter once about a benefit review. A chap came from the local council to check that I was receiving everything that I was entitled to. I asked why he had arranged the appointment at my house instead of in council offices, and he said that they found that they had a better response from more people if they visited homes.0
