Personally I would drop them a message to say the item is ready for collection (or you'll take a prepaid label for it's return) and that they have 7 days to make the arrangements.

So do I take it from that, eBay take the money from the seller? Technically the goods at this stage belong to eBay as they refunded me.0 -

It can depend. Sometimes eBay charge the seller, sometimes it's a no fault refund.0
