Have written to P4Parking following advice, had to pay special recorded delivery with proof because the clever guys only have a PO box as address.
Errrm, wait.
You sent RECORDED DELIVERY (please not SPECIAL DELIVERY a fiver or more?!) to a PO Box, why? That doesn't work. No signature from a PO Box...
You don't have to do that; oh my days. A free certificate of posting at the PO, was all you needed.
If this proceeds to a claim, when you defend it, add the waste of time postage receipt to your costs.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
