coming to end of e2save o2 contract, what to do?
hey guys just need some advice as to what to do about my e2save 12 month cashback offer is coming to an end on O2.
Basically im paying 40.99 per month (before cashback) so need to take some action otherwise i think i will remain on the equivalent of that.
I wouldnt mind carrying on my e2save 12 monthly but i guess i cant? The main thing i want is to keep my current number and keep paying about £15 p/m for 400-500min and 100texts but dont know who to contact about this!
thanks for any advice!

Don't stay with E2save. Last year they were honouring claims but have a look through this forum for dozens on unhappy customers this year.
They change the terms of the offers after taking out the deal and you have to go to court to get your money back. The help line is premium rate and the staff (after waiting for about an hour) are very rude.

forget about these cashback deals
its not worth the hassle just to save a couple of quid a month overall0 -
Not sure where you get "a couple of quid" from. I have 8 current contracts with over £2-300 per month going out and I get ALL the money back plus the phones free. Of course, many don't and I do advise people NOT to do such deals now unless they really know what they're doing and who they're dealing with. However, there are two extremes in this debate and you're at one end of them!0
