OP, I apologise for using the "!!!!!!" abreviation, I just hate repeating myself and I also dislike when people expect forum members to give them answers when they are quite capable of investigating further themselves.
In this case, i'm sure its the case that the contract will tell you how / if you can get your money out in any way and so checking the contract would be the quickest and easiest way to find out.
Of course just because it is in their contract, doesn't make it right, but if you wanted to fight against a term in the contract then you'll probably need proper legal advice first anyway, not opinions from people like me.
Anyway let us know what the contract says!
