apologies i still dont know how to start a thread.
lloyds have sent me a letter saying they sent me a ppi refund cheque to my old address.that was a year ago.i presume any letters since have gone to my old address as well. what i want to know is have i lost the money or can i chase lloyds up?This is a system account and does not represent a real person. If the cheque has not been cashed fraudulently - it should be easy for them to send you a new one.
It might get messy if it has been cashed - but then I suppose they would not have a reason to contact you unless the cheque has not been cashed.0 -

If it were me, (well it has been once back in 2016 with my Halifax account), I'd just be thankful that they were willing to reimburse me and move on.
