Thanks guys you've gotta be the least helpful people I've ever come across! Cheers! Silly me thinking someone would point me in the right direction. How silly of me.

Here's what posters normally say when they use the POPLA points in the NEWBIES thread:

Just an update to let everyone know that Britannia did not contest the appeal and therefore I don't need to pay the fine. Brilliant result and thanks so much to everyone who gave advice...

I could not have done this without all of the information and help on this site!! THANKYOU

Ritchie, you seem to be reading posts from 2013 and 2015.

Do not use anything earlier than say 2017.
There is plenty of recent stuff around.
  • Cheers I was hoping to find a simple template that I could paste in one piece and adjust. I've been looking on here and other sites for ages and don't seem to be getting anywhere. More clever comments than helpful really thanks to those that have tried to help...

Right so what's wrong with copying a POPLA appeal someone wrote before?

I just showed you one, and in 'POPLA Decisions' (another sticky thread) there are loads more linked where people reported their successes and linked back to their threads.

Read a few, find one that's relevant - i.e. you say the PCN was issued by post as the car was caught by camera, so any ANPR one would do, and you could then show us your draft and we'd help fine tune it.

For the sake of completeness the first link in post 3 of the Newbies thread takes you to this POPLA appeal
