Unfair parking charge - Appeal Rejected

Do people think I can ignore this NPS parking charge notice for £100 that was rejected on appeal? Basically in December I parked in a carpark in Jesmond not realising that you had to put your reg into the parking meter before buying a ticket, (I'm a wedding photographer and was rushing to beat the wedding car) eventually after 45 mins when someone told me I returned (After the ceremony) and put on all day ticket on. I was given a £100 penalty by the CCTV camera hence I appealed showing them my ticket to prove I had one but they've rejected it because I didn't get a ticket in within 10 mins of entering the carpark even though the cost is exactly the same for all day whether I'd gotten it straight away or 45 mins later. What shall I do? they are now demanding £100.

Which 'NPS' (what's their full name?) and are they offering POPLA or the 'IAS'?

The NEWBIES thread answers your question, depending on whether it's POPLA (worth doing) or IAS (not worth trying). Either way no-one PAYS! All covered in the sticky.

We suggest you watch the video of the Parliamentary debate last Friday about such cowboys. Linked all over the forum, you need to understand the scam you are being hooked by.

That’s good. You have done well to get this far on your own. Amazingly some Newbies have taken 2 pages of questions to get as far as this. A good POPLA appeal will see this charge off.

At the top of the board is a thread that tells Newbies to read it first. Study it in depth. It is your new bible.
