So sorry for the delay here is the recipe I promised. Taken from an OS on here from many moons ago sorry can't remember the posters name.
    Weetabix loaf

    2 Weetabix
    170g sugar
190g sultanas (any dried fruit would work)
    250g SR flour
    240ml milk

Crush their Weetabix into fine crumbs
    Add sugar fruit and flour
    Add milk and mix well
Poured into a greased, lined loaf tin
    Bake at gas mark 4, 350 F, 180 C for 60 to 70 minutes
Cool for 10 minutes before removing from Tim
When cold store in an airtight tin

I hope you enjoy this xx

I've made the SW hummous before and it's ok but I always feel it lacks something. I also tend to add extra lemon juice to what the recipe says.

My total spending on this challenge is £27.53/£70 leaving me £42.53 for the next 36 days

All the lists at the front are up to date.

I have no GF bread left. I ended up having two old crusts from the freezer yesterday for lunch. Today I have made a loaf of GF bread in the breadmaker using some of the different flours I have and porridge oats ground into oat flour. I will let you know how it turns out. If it is nice that is me sorted for bread for at least the rest of the month :)

We also have no potatoes or potato products left  The fridge is really bare but we do have food to eat.

I've also found a recipe for pizza bases and flat breads using some of the same flours which will be useful.

DH is starting a 6 week weight loss plan thing next week so this may but a spanner in the works but at least the chicken, salmon and frozen broccoli will get eaten up!

This weekends shopping list so far is:

Olive spread (may get away without this if DH new plan starts next week)
    Wheat wraps for enchilladas
    Skimmed milk
    Apples
    Bananas
    Oranges
    White potatoes
    Save £10,500 - £2673.77 - 25.5%
    Pay off £7000 - £1743 - 19.4%
    Make £2021 extra income - £99.75
