OK, good, it seems it's all over for you. BWLegal could not cope with it. THE PPC ... who knows what or if they will reply.
The intelligence level of PPC's is very very low

But do 'subscribe' to this thread (and other similar NCP/BWL cases - especially those who are just a little ahead of you) then you'll get plenty of ideas of what's likely to come your way and you'll benefit from reading loads of advice given to others.

I have had the same situation and after sending the letter you did above, from Coupon mad on the 19th Mar 18, 7:51PM they have provided photographs.

My only difference is I do not suffer from chronic pain or any illness but have tried to say they cannot fine me as keep of the vehicle. Any help on the response would be great as this is a little over my head to be honest but I think I am still in my right not to pay ?

Here is the response:

Our client’s position is that on the day of the contravention, you parked your vehicle and clearly failed to display a valid parking permit.

As a result of the breach, Our Client is well within their contractual rights to issue the PCN and take all necessary steps (including bringing legal proceedings) to recover the outstanding charge. As the Registered Keeper of the vehicle, and given that you had not provided Our Client with the full name and serviceable address of the driver within 28 days from the date of the PCN, Our Client is able to hold you liable for the unpaid parking charge under Schedule 4 of the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012. Please note that Our Client will not accept a settlement for this Account, therefore the Outstanding Balance remains Due and Owing.

We trust this now concludes any outstanding queries you had raised with ourselves. It is important that you now contact us in order to discuss an affordable payment arrangement. Should you not wish to arrange and affordable repayment plan for this Outstanding Balance, we strongly recommend that you seek your own independent legal advice

I've received a letter of claim from BW Legal. Do I have to pay ? Will they actually take me to court ? I paid for a ticket - but didn’t pay enough (didn’t even realise I hadn’t paid enough). Was only there for 1 hour and paid around £4 which you would think is more than sufficient ! Advice please
