Do supply some information to prove it is true, but only as much as you are personally comfortable with (copies of prescriptions, notes of recent GP appointments, copies of any Hospital referral letter) and take the opportunity to have another vent about how this is making it worse, what effects their contact has been having on you. How distressed this is making you.

Remember if the PPC starts a claim, you could counter claim for distress caused by either DPA Breach, or Harassment and/or breach of the Equality Act, and the letters you are sending now prove that the claimant 'knew or should have known' about your condition and your distress.

It all sets a scene, even if it doesn't get the PCN cancelled, it works in your favour later.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Jordan, you would be wise to remove your name and all identifying reference numbers from your post.

The parking companies trawl this forum just waiting for people to trip themselves up.

In fact, it would be better if you were to delete your post here and start a new thread. Trying to progress more than one issue with several victims can only lead to confusion.

    Thank you for your understanding.
  • It's been quite a while since I last posted and I want to thank everyone that offered help and support. I wrote to BW advising about my illnesses. I also informed them that I had been sexually assaulted in my job and now have PTSD. Obviously, this was something that happened after my last post here. BW wrote back to me asking for permission to log the information on my file, which I gave. They then wrote back advising they had closed the case and had sent it back to the parking company for them to deal with internally. I'm not sure whether they will write to me. Only time will tell.
