Their response said they had received no complaints from other customers that day and that the engineer reports revealed no issues. Amazing, considering I watched a queue of people unable to pay at either machine that day0

Please watch that Parliamentary debate and complain to your MP to join the rest, and condemn this industry.
Obviously you won't be paying or contacting the firm again, waste of time. In NI you were supposed to ignore them, but no harm done, they will not sue you. Ignore the threatograms.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
