    I cannot believe this thread is nearly 2 years old and we still have the old cowboy system in place due to the Mhclg dragging its feet

    Its the usual do nothing until something happens mentality, one of the things i fear would be a suicide/suicide attempt if/when a PPC targets someone with mental health issues

    Parking companies, and especially those who allow them to operate on their land should be hit with everything going , the pub chains, the supermarkets, the big land ( ie retail park) owners, as principal they are jointly liable for the actions of their agents GDPR breach, Harassment, and anything else.
    the only exception i would make to the land owner liability is where it involves a charity group such as a community/village hall, or a small one man business ( local shop/cafe/independent free house pub) etc
