Hey marliepanda no offence but, Do you work for FEDEX ? You seem very keen to stand by their actions, I never entered into any contract with them nor did I give them my permission to pay HMRC on my behalf yet they threaten me. I have contacted them directing them to deal with the people that entered into a contract with them yet the ignore my Emails and progressed action against me prematurely I receive a letter one week ago stating I had ten days to deal with the payment but only a week later I receive a Final notice Even though they are supposed to pause any action whilst the charge is in question. They are little more than extortionists bullying the innocent here.

    hahaha didn't take you long.

Yes I own Fedex. My name is Mrs Fedex. I am personally in charge of everything you are complaining about.
  • That's Fantastic, Maybe you can sort this out for me then :j:j:j

I wouldn't be paying the most i would be doing is sending fedex a copy of my invoice.
  • First thing I did as the total value FEDEX had based the charges on was $22 higher than my actual invoice lol

If you don't wish to deal with them in future, then organise your own clearance. By not self clearing, then you follow the process that has been running for years.

FedEx didn't - HMRC accessed it based on the tariff entered due the the shippers signed declaration.

You're complaining about the wrong party. The shipper has stated you will pick up duties and taxes - they declared it wrong. It's their fault.
