PCN parking ticket wont let me pay!

I hope someone can give me advice on this but my husband drove to Westfield shopping centre on Saturday in his black taxi and took advantage of the free parking for taxis (up to 1 hr free) there. However he overstayed and was given a fine, £60 but £30 if you pay within a fortnight and reduced to £15 if paid in 24 hours. So when he got home he tried to pay it online. When he put details in it said the ticket had not been processed yet and to put in an email address to receive notification of when the ticket has been entered into the system. The next day he tried to pay again and the same thing came up saying it hadn’t been processed. After trying several times and even using a phone number still no luck. This meant we lost out on paying our ticket early. 5 days later we still can’t pay. We ring an automated phone line put number plate in and PCN number in and a voice says there’s an error and finished the call. Anyone know what we do now? Appreciate some guidance on this? Thanks!

If he is intent on paying, why not put all this in a letter, along with a cheque for £15 and send it to them.
In this day and age it is becoming increasingly difficult to find a human being with whom to speak to sort such matters out.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
The company is Secure P. It has paymypcn.net as the website to pay the fine.0

I wouldn't pay these scammers anything it'e unlikely to go anywhere anyway, and their website tries to con you into thinking they operate Westfield official sites but they are not.
Chances of court very very unlikely:
