Hi Henry
It's not just Caz's thoughts about KIWI.com.
There are threads about this company on the Air Travel board of Tripadvisor that run into thousands of posts. One thread runs to 130 pages!
The most commonly used word is 'avoid...'.
Hi Polly,
I agree that there are indeed negative reviews on there. Some of them are related to refunds, and they are aware of the situation. I do know that almost all OTA's and airlines have negative reviews on rating sites. It is usually the customer with a complaint that reviews a company. For instance, all these airlines have worse ratings than Kiwi.com on Trustpilot: BA (1 star, 3.5 stars on Tripadvisor), Virgin Atlantic (2 stars), KLM (2 stars), Thomas Cook (1 star).
Best,

It may be an emergency such as illness or death in the family, requiring someone to fly who doesn't have the readies.
But I get your point.

Hi Polly,
True, therefore we intend to be there for customers with these situations.
But aren't you putting an extra step in the booking process?
I book direct with the airline.
Therefore I deal direct with the airline if I need to make a change.
If someone books with KIWI.com they put an additional step in the booking process.
They have to deal with KIWI.com to make any changes.
And if someone books with your company, they are putting even more additional steps in the booking process
If someone books with KIWI.com, they are bound by their T&Cs, not the airlines
And I guess that the same is true of your company0
