if swagbucks doesn't track then send them copy of your account to show that you did deposit the correct amount.

are you on facebook? I can send you a link to a very useful group about swagbucks offers. A lot of people will have made the mistakes before you and put warnings, so things like you accept the offer, without taking the bonus. otherwise what happens is you have to play through the bonus, hope you win and recover your money, otherwise you lose what you put in.

No swagbucks as yet but I still havent bet all my initial money. Keep going on the slots..........losing a bit and then winning some.

    Thanks for the info.

Hey all, been a bit rubbish with posting as I just seem to run around trying to get everything done. Not yet figured out a balance.

Plus in the fourth week of a cold which is staying to really annoy me, but I'm so run down that I just can't shake it.

Baby is still a pain with sleeping, but I've got breaking point and decided he had to be sleep trained (but not left to cry as that would break my heart...). Three days in and it's going ok.. he seems to mostly have accepted I will not be feeding him overnight anymore and although he wakes up a lot still and I have to rock him back to sleep, his sleep quality is much better and he looks much better. Unfortunately mine is not... Fingers crossed this continues and I can finally get some rest!

One day I will log onto this forum with good news instead of excuses!

Congrats to everyone in the challenge, you are all doing great and putting my very as hoc posts to shame. Must get a grip for march..

  • Evening all. Back home...eventually. The last hour and a half was quite a difficult drive, in pretty heavy snow. The outside lane of the motorway was unused for about 60 miles. I've driven in heavy snow before, but usually just local, never a long motorway journey in the dark. Not something I'll rush to do again!

Excellent afternoon at Cadbury World though - our daughter loved it. When purchasing the tickets, we were charged only for 2 adults - children under 4 go free, and children 4-15 should have been £12. Now, I didn't lie about our daughter being 4 years old, I just didn't correct them when they obviously assumed she was under 4. We weren't even asked their ages. I felt a little guilty, I'll be honest. What would you have done?

    £18.76 today matched betting.

Jess - sounds like you're doing a great job. Is this your first or second baby? Feels so different 2nd time round for us. The couple of days we've been away, we spent with my father-in-law, his partner, his partner's daughter (25ish) and her daughter who is just 3 months. Now with our daughter (now 4) we had set routines. She fed at certain times. She napped throughout the day at certain times. We panicked if she missed, or was late with a feed/nap. With our little boy who's coming on 6-months, we barely do anything the same, yet it was funny watching the girl we were away with and her 3-month old girl. Everything she did, and the way she behaved with her daughter was like a mirror-image of how we behaved with our 1st. I guess what I'm trying to say is that there is no right or wrong way to do anything when you're raising your baby. You do what is best for you both, and don't let anybody tell you differently. Things will improve for you - you'll soon have full uninterrupted 12 hour sleeps through the night and you'll get a good night sleep too. Until then, just look after yourself, and get all the rest you can.

Just a little update from me, this has been a bit of a disappointing month (but I expect we all have them from time to time) but it's still money I didn't have, thanks for having me as a member of this fab group - keep up the great work, you really are an inspiring group.

Just in time to squeeze a few more pennies into February like you, Jess:T:T. I thought opportunities for making any more were well and truly over this month but then I went and had a single ticket flutter on Euromillions last night and won £6.70:j:j:j. After ticket cost deducted that's £4.20 to add. Still a tad shy of my target but given the lousy events that have happened lately I'm more than happy with the £273.20 that I'm declaring for February:j

Glad you arrived home safe and sound, Mike:T. As for the Cadbury World ticket situation I think I'd have done exactly the same;). I was always small (still am) and looked young for my age whereas my cousin who I went around with a lot in our teens was taller and looked a lot a lot older anyway. We used to go to the cinema a lot and some of the films meant minors had to be accompanied by an adult. My cousin used to go and pay for the tickets and they always assumed she was the adult and I was the minor:rotfl:. She was nearly 3 years younger than me. They never bothered to ask and we sorted the price difference out between ourselves later.

I expect loads of people pay less than they should, it's a very expensive business bringing up a child and £12 for a 4 year old :eek:seems exorbitant. Your daughter is only just 4 anyway, I wouldn't give it another thought if I were you. I'm really glad you all enjoyed yourselves there:T
  • Just back to congratulate everyone on whatever they managed to make this month:T. It's been a very difficult month for a lot of us so I think, all things being considered, we can all give ourselves a big pat on the back:beer:

Let's hope March is a brighter month for us all, in more ways than one;). See you all on the new thread.
