Radiators only getting warm not hot

How hot is your hot water though? A quick Google of your boiler type indicates issues with the heat exchanger plate causing this sort of problem.

The hot water is a good temperature, it gets more that hot enough and hasn't changed since the issue with the radiators started.

Is it the new betacom with the digital display or the old 1 with 3 leds?

What does the pressure gauge read? Have you been shown how to top it up via the filling loop valves if it is low?

As above what’s the pressure like, also when the heating is on what temperature does it get upto on the leds?

The pressure is just below 1.5. I topped it up a few days ago as it was only a bit over 1.

Only one of the red led lights is on, which i think is fewer normal.

Also, i touched all the pipes leading into/out of the boiler and none of them were extremely hot.

I’d guess it’s a faulty sensor or return sensor blocked but think it’s time to call someone in.
