Sky Q recording question

When I record some programmes on Sky Q box, it is only part recorded. I always set the time well before it starts. Some are fully recorded, which is fine. Any ideas why some are only part recorded? Thanks

There should not be any recording clashes with Sky Q, as you are supposedly able to record up to six programmes at once...

Otherwise, it's down to the broadcaster to keep to advertised times..
