I noticed a very long bruise down my left leg yesterday and couldn't work out how I'd injured myself. I've got two pairs of M&S jeans-with-a-bit-of-lycra in them and have been wearing them for going out and about for a couple of years, but generally only for a few hours. This morning I realised that wearing them for traveling in then every day in London, at the theatre, going out for meals etc etc - the seam's caused the bruise. There's a much smaller bruise on my right leg, too. So, I think we can safely assume that they're a little tighter than they should be. Good grief.

I was in a rush this morning so I didn't weigh myself.

well today has been a sod. Nearly caved but I'm sticking with the cup of tea. Interesting how after nearly 3 months of generally being okay not having a drink, having a really cr*p day sends my thoughts to a nice big glass of wine.

21/20 and that's made me very happy a 21 day smiley and exceeded my target - very rare. I may even get 1 more today but travelling so who knows.
Good luck Lovasale with finding somewhere, must be hard not knowing.
