17/23, please Shaggy. I'm driving tonight so def. no alcohol for me.

I'm trying to get an appt. at my GP to have bloods done, (will be interested in the liver function reading, plus I need an update on cholesterol); I very, very rarely go to the GP - goodness the receptionist on the phone was rude; I do understand they need to handle GP workload - but blimey, I wasn't allowed to book in an appt., the GP has to phone me first - well if the GP can do bloods over the phone they'll save the NHS millions!!!!

Slacking a bit coming on here, sorry. And although I have slipped a little re my plans for drinking, I'm not doing as bad as I could, so at least I am thinking about it!
