This is stage 3 of a 5 stage interview and selection process. From what I've been told 100 people were selected for interview at the last round, so I've done really well to get this far. Apparently there were 30,000 applicants for 10 positions! And they're looking for successful applicants to start training in January, so I'm guessing things will start to move quickly for those who get through this week's assessments. You can have results or excuses, but not both.Challenge - be 14 Stone BY XMAS!

I love a hot Ribena, but the hard stuff is an occasional treat here as the kids go through it like water :mad:. Fond memories of my student days spent drinking hot Ribena and hot choc in cafes as a 'study break'.
