    Morning!

Calling a nice and early 2/5 SNC and 17/26 AFDs as definitely no alcohol this week.

I mentioned a few weeks ago I had an interview, well I made it through to the next stage in the selection process and my next assessment is on Thursday so I've been preparing for that. This one's a computer and scenario based assessment so the amount of studying that would be helpful is pretty limited. So it'll just be down to how I perform on the day. Fingers and everything else crossed for this one!!

    :)
You can have results or excuses, but not both.

Fatrab - good luck with the interview! Well done on getting through to the next round :)

Glenda, I swear by mint tea - the pukka one is very nice but any old mint tea will do really.

What do we do when we fall? We get up, dust ourselves off and start walking in the right direction again. Perhaps when we fall, it is easy to forget there are people along the way who help us stand and walk with us as we get back on track.

Lots of resisting temptation going on here - well done everyone who does, and settles for a cup of tea or a fizzy water. I managed to settle for two (or was it three?) chocolate ginger biscuits yesterday which for me is a major victory. It's usually the whole packet. The secret seems to be eating a bigger or proper lunch.

Hang in on there Glenda Sugar Bean! So nearly there, at your three month mark. Brilliant stuff.

    Good luck on Thursday FatRab.

    20/30 please, Shaggy.
    Better is good enough.

Hello! I've lost count a little bit for November, let's say 12 though.
I'm in for 5 on the SNC, I need to stop spending as there's still no prospect of a job which is a huge worry, so the wine has to go. I'm 0.8 of a pound away from moving down into the next stone bracket too so am trying to focus.
Trying very hard to remain optimistic, but it's getting more stressful by the day.
