I'm heavily involved in one of the campaigns and I couldn't agree more. If anyone were to drive me back to the bottle, it's the constant stress of it.

The last week has been fairly boozy. There was the rugby, then Sunday lunch with wine, then a meal out with wine on Monday, a quick glass of wine on Tuesday, no booze on Wednesday, a bottle of wine on Thursday and am hanging my head in shame today.
I think I've done 10 days AF in November now. Put me down for 2 at the weekend though.
Forward we go!

I have taken a look at my calendar and chosen 9 more drink-free days. I am hoping for one today and tomorrow. If not next weekend will be instead, but I’d prefer this weekend. For added accountability here are the days I’ve chosen 17, 18, 19, 20, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29.
