Good luck with the job interview Fatrab - hope all goes well.

Not sure about drinking this evening - meal out with friends so I may succumb

Boiler has decided to pack up at home :mad: - good job it is so mild at the moment - hoping to get someone out to look at it before the weekend but may have to wait until Monday - at least we still have the immersion as a backup for the hot water and a gas fire in the lounge

Hi Glenda, like you I don’t always have time to watch it he videos. But I am reading the daily email.

I feel like I’ve reset myself and definitely got back some control despite it only being 2 weeks. I’ve had 2 blips but I can do with that.

My intention was never to give up completely just count down both on days and quantity per serving.

If I deprive myself completely I’m at risk of having a major blowout and not getting back on the wagon.
